Amazing attraction park and aqua park. It was very good cleaning both the territory and the rooms. Very polite personnel. The place itself was very tidy and pleasant. We loved a lot the swimming pool with sea water. We were very impressed with all trees, plants and grass. All inclusive option was very convenient. We are planning to return here again.

Everything was on very high level. The offer All in is very rich. Everything is new and in very good standard. The staff was very helpful and kind. The TetysBlue Park is amazing! pool area and aquapark is very clean. We didnt notice anything that was wrong. We strongly recommend this hotel.

it is three hours flight from Almaty and almost all same as in Rixos Egypt or Turkey, staff is very considerate and always want to help. We celebrate birthday at Lezett restaurant, best decision. Special thanks to Asemayi guest relation and Diana for best serving in restaurant!

The all-inclusive rate is the only rate at this hotel and the breakfast buffet was okay, nothing fancy.

Mostly everything. I have not had the pleasure of breakfast due to my business schedules but seen the evening buffet, it must have been perfect, I guess. Staff is super friendly and supportive to provide a good time and pleasant stay. Room is spacious and view was really nice as my "glass-view) photo shows.
